Key Performance Indicators

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are financial and/or non financial measurements that are monitored on a regular basis.

The performance of a business can be evaluated by monitoring just five or six KPI's.  KPI's will vary from one business to another being based on specific areas where performance has an impact on the profit the business enjoys.

The final outcome of this process is a regular KPI report.  By having this report you will have the basis for monitoring performance to ensure that your business stays on track to reach and even exceed its targets.
