Breakeven Calculations

It is vitally important for you to know the level of sales you must achieve each week/month to cover the cost of your operations including your own required remuneration.

Because of constant changes to your operating expenses and gross profit margins your breakeven point needs to be recalculated at least every three months.

Key Performance Indicators

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are financial and/or non financial measurements that are monitored on a regular basis.
